    • I have earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. With years in social services field, coupled with commitment of making a difference in people’s lives, I am trained and equipped in utilizing various evidence-based techniques. I strive to establish and enhance therapeutic relationship with you, work collaborative to set your objective/goals, and guide you to achieve your desired outcomes, all while remain present, respectful, nonjudgmental, and curious!

    • I utilize various evidence-based approaches and methodologies; such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered, and Strengths-Based Approach.
    • The main reason behind the integrative approach is that I adopt the philosophy that 'no one size can fit all.' Therefore, integrative therapy can best serve clients' needs and their uniqueness!
